Step 1: Discovery Phase

A common first phase is the DISCOVERY PHASE. In this phase, our objective is to understand the need or the opportunity within the organization. It is the phase where we ask a series of open-ended questions to better understand Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities as well as gain clarity on what the vision or goal is for the business unit. We may ask for different data points from the organization to help most thoroughly understand the current state and requirement of both the organization and client.

Step 2: Analysis And Solution Phase

Next is the ANALYSIS & SOLUTION PHASE. During this phase, we would review the information gained through the DISCOVERY PHASE and consider possible solutions that could help the organization reach its goals and evaluate the solutions against the organization’s current state. By doing so, the consultant would assess the resources required to implement each of the possible solutions which will be important information to consider when making a final recommendation.

Step 3: Recomendation Phase

Based on that analysis, we would then move to the RECOMMENDATION PHASE where the information gained and evaluated is shared with the organization’s head. We would explain based on this data, why the recommended path is the most ideal solution. It is important in this stage to seek feedback on the recommendation and engage in a dialogue about what concerns there may be about the recommended approach,

Step 4: Implentation Phase

Upon agreement, we would then partner with the leadership team on the implementation of the recommended solution and approach. We would do this by assisting in designing an action plan for effective execution including identifying key milestones of each deliverable action
