Resort Doctor For Maldives
The Resort Doctor plays a very important role within the Human Resources and Welfare function of the organization. He/She assists, monitors and gives health care to all the team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Check the Pre-employment Medical Certificate of the expatriates and report any discrepancies to the Human Resources Manager
Provide First Aid to the team members and guests Provide First Aid Training to the team members
Ensure that each Department/designated locations have a fully stocked First Aid Box
Liaise with the Ministry of Health to ensure that all standards required by the Ministry are met
Advise and guide the expatriate team members of their entitlements in terms of the Medical Scheme
Handle the insurance claims and reimbursement process of all team members including additions deletions
Liaising with insurance service providers when required
Daily reporting of clinic operations
Inform Human Resources Manager whenever a team member needs to be referred to a Male Government Clinic
Produce relevant periodic reports as and when required
Maintain and control the sick leave records Medical Officer (Resort)
Salary MVR 23,000 to 25,500 (Based on experience)
Food and Accommodation will be provided
Medical Benefit as per the hospital policy
